Allen,(this is an excellent book by the way, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a path building wealth), the authors have devised a system and team buildings strategy in which to utilize in determining which characteristic trait you carry, as well as a system to determine the traits of the individuals that you consider for members of your team.
The process of evaluating your team does not stop once you've determined them suitable for your team. This process is ongoing.
The system in "The One Minute Millionaire"
also deals with this issue.
You need to always remain conscious of your teams effectiveness to ensure progression and not the opposite.
Upgrade Team Consistent To The Objective
When your positioning change due to achievments, increasing standards or elevating the magnitude of objectives, you will undoubtedly need to reconsider your team in order to realign with your objective.
It is necessary to have members comparable to the needs of your objective, so it is obvious that you will need to reestablish your team from time to time.
