Troubled State Of Mind

Mind powers ANXIETYS refer to Troubled States of Mind. In being in an anxiety state of mind, it allows the occurrence of a variety of mental disorders.

Feelings of fear and apprehension along with self doubt, usually embody your thoughts when controlled by anxiety. Due to these feelings you can also at times find yourself enraged lacking the ability of control over circumstances.

This in turn obstructs your ability to perform a task with rational thinking. Sometimes even leading to physical attacks and breakdowns.




anxiety- A state of uneasiness and apprehension, as about future uncertainties.


State Of Your Frame Of Mind

All of the feelings and conditions caused through mind powers anxietys will most times hinder your progression in achieving your objective, due to the unstable state of your frame of mind.

It is obvious that measures are necessary to be taken to alleviate and prevent the stresses caused by these emotions.

Anxiety can be very common in the wealth buildings process due to the extended length of time proceeding and the magnitude of the endeavor in general.

It will be necessary to withhold an ability to control and prevent instances of anxiety, to not allow it to create stagnation within your process of your pursuit.

Countermeasure

One of my personal countermeasures for my anxieties have always been through utilizing my mind powers to control my breathing.

As simple as it sounds, controlling your breathing brings you back into a control mind. Once you've established a control mind frame, you can then establish thoughts within your mind that will place you into a mind state of comfort.

As you establish this state of comfort, your control mind then sustains your anxiety through your present state of comfort.

This will cause you to constantly be frustrated by the results of your progression and miss opportunities that assists in your pursuit.

The gratification of achievement can be quite captivating, and for this reason is why patience is a key element. Anxiety is understandable, but at no time should be accepted.
